How to Lose Weight Naturally

Providing you have checked with your GP and there is no medical problem, you can do it!! Yes you can lose weight by having a normal nutritious diet supplemented with moderate regular exercise.
The three essential points for effective Weight Loss
1. Increase your metabolism
There are a number of things you can do to increase your metabolism.
1) Never skip breakfast.If you wait until mid morning or afternoon to eat, your metabolism will run slower.
2) During the day don’t leave a large time gap between meals.
3) Plan your meals to in advance and keep them small and regular.
4) Ensure you get plenty of foods with B vitamins and magnesium. You can boost your metabolism by consuming more green leafy vegatables (such as spinach) which are rich in magnesium. Other magnesium rich foods are Spices, nuts, cereals,coffee, cocoa, tea, and vegetables are rich sources of magnesium. Foods high in the B vitamins also include: spinach, asparagus,broccoli and beans and fish, poultry and eggs
2. Regular Exercise
You don’t necessarily have to go the Gym. (Even though strength training is good to burn fat and keep metabolism high.) Even just cleaning your home or short walks up to 30 mins can help.
3. Lifestyle
Change your lifestyle. Forget the TV. Go out more, be active socialize and don’t retreat back to the TV when things don’t go your way. By keeping consistently making the changes to your diet, exercise regimen and lifestyle you will change yourself. Persistance will pay off!

Number three is my favourite tip. I work with a lot of people who have debt problems in the UK and I find that people tend to get overweight when they have an anxious situation like a debt problem. Improving their lifestyle and getting out is essential instead of brooding on their problems
